Waiting for a connecting flight? Looking for somewhere comfortable to get some rest? Our en-suite bedrooms are open from 4.30am - 10.30pm, offering you comfort and privacy in the airport. We have single and twin rooms available from just £20 per hour.

For the ultimate retreat, our Travel Spa offers a range of treatments , ensuring you arrive at your destination in tip-top shape. We open from 6.00am - 10.00pm, when you can take your pick of head-to-toe treatments that will get your journey off to a flying start.

Directions
No.1 Heathrow in Terminal 3 is situated airside at Terminal 3. Once through security, follow the walkway to the left of World Duty Free, and then follow signs for airport lounges and Gates 13-22. No.1 Heathrow is located one floor up, and is accessible via the lifts and stairs.
